THE CARTSHED
You will love this unique and romantic escape with its outstanding view. The newly converted Cart Shed is our high specification get away (from it all ) for two.
The quickest look at our photos will show you an abundance of Cotswold Limestone and oak beams in a tasteful modern setting.
When it's chilly, warm yourselves beside the superb Clearview Stove and in summer, sit outside and drink in the amazing view.
COSY INSIDE
The kitchen/sitting room has french windows overlooking an open paddock and glorious view. A loaf sofa and armchair provide comfortable seating to soak in the view or watch the 43" smart TV.
In the winter light the Clearview wood burner and relax with a glass of wine. The kitchen with its quartz worktop has a Neff cooker, dishwasher, washer drier and full size fridge/freezer.
There is under-floor heating throughout.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Nobleisle toiletries are provided.
No expense has been spared in the bedroom. There is a zip and link super king bed with a Hypnos mattress and beautiful white company linen and towels.
As it is all on one level, it is very suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
OUTSIDE
There is a BBQ to try out your cooking skills and a fire pit and deck chairs for relaxing.
It is ideally situated at the foot of Bredon hill with many glorious walks straight from the door and several pubs within walking distance.
The pretty cotswold villages of Broadway, Chipping Campden and many more are close by.

We are sorry but the Shepherd’s Hut is not suitable for children (except babe in arms, not crawling) or dogs.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We are committed to the enhanced cleaning process that was laid down during COVID-19.
The hot tub will be filled with clean water between guests.
There is a first aid kit in the drawer.
In the event of a fire there is a fire blanket in the kitchen by the wood burner and a fire extinguisher in the bathroom.
Guests are responsible for keeping the hot tub below 40 degrees C . There is a thermometer in the tub.
The use of the hot tub, wood burner and BBQ is at your own risk.
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarm is fitted.
YOUR HOSTS
When we were renovating the threshing barn of Manor Farmhouse we found an old hay wagon. This has now been used as the base for our Shepherd’s Hut. It was exactly the right size. Our younger son, Will, cleaned and renovated the chassis and built a bespoke shepherd’s hut on top of it. He made the oak windows and door and designed and made the beautiful blue resin tables.
We love that our family has been able to put our hearts and souls into Manor Farm, The Shepherd’s Hut and the Cartshed.
OUR HOPE
We have tried wherever possible to make the Cartshed as luxurious as we can without losing its back to nature experience! We hope you will go home rested and recharged and come again soon!
