Amazing and comfortable house, perfect for our family get - together (four generations) Liz was very helpful throughout-it was fascinating to meet her and hear the history of the house and it’s transformation. I expect we’ll be back!

Thank you - what a beautiful home!  We had a fantastic stay as a family for my birthday. Fresh air, great location, open Fires and shear luxury, what more can you ask for. The beautiful baked bread and basket of goodies on arrival added that extra special touch. Thank you for opening the doors to this beautiful house for us to share a few precious days together as a family.

Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful family weekend at Manor Farm. We were all very impressed by how well equipped and comfortable the house is. We had everything we needed and the toys and books for the little ones were an extra bonus. The information provided about the house and the area were comprehensive and most useful, we really wanted for nothing.

The weather, of course, was perfect for being outdoors, enjoying the local walks and relaxing in the garden after the children were asleep 

We enjoyed ourselves so much we have talked about returning and we certainly can’t recommend Manor Farm highly enough.

Really wonderful half term visit to your beautiful house. Good walks from the door. We had a very impressive meal at the Beckford Inn – delicious food. The house had everything we needed and expanded to fit nine of us comfortably

A wonderful farmhouse renovated to a luxurious high standard yet comfortable so one can feel at home. Liz is a super hostess and made us all so welcome. Such a blessing to be able to retreat here even just for a short while. Loved it!

Our group of ladies have been taking annual long-weekend breaks for the last 12 years.  This year we selected Manor Farm in Grafton as it looked promising and had many good reviews. 

After our stay we all agreed that it is the best house yet! 

It is a house full of character and very well appointed.  Every need seems to have been considered and catered for including a welcome basket of good quality, local supplies.  The kitchen with its AGA and farmhouse table is the hub of the house and very well appointed

As a same-sex group, we were so pleased that all beds could be made up as singles which is a rare option in the holiday rental market.  The beds and bedding are top quality, showers are excellent, furnishings are also good quality and comfortable. 

The outdoor space is lovely with plenty of seating, and the views are stunning.

The area is ideal for short or long walks, some of which can be quite hilly.  There are also lots of pretty villages and towns to visit meaning the area catered for all our individual needs.

All in all, we had a fabulous weekend!

We had the most fantastic time staying here, despite a thorough battering by a storm. The house has been the most perfect place to cosy up away from the wind and rain. In the short time without rain, we loved seeing the soapbox races on New Year’s Day and we hope to return, the same day with our own entry! 

This is a beautiful house, comfortable, spacious and really well equipped. Thank you for the goodies on arrival. Much appreciated. The kitchen and dining room have been used well as have the local pubs. The Star – very cosy and the quiz night on Monday was a lot of fun. The food is hearty and tasty. The Yew Tree also really good food and a really great welcome from the owner, made the evening very entertaining. We’ve loved the walking despite the mud in places. All in all a really enjoyable week for our precious friends to get together.

What an amazing house! Perfect for a three generation holiday and family get-together. Such a beautiful spot. Comfy beds. Great quality furnishings and a really yummy. Welcome basket! The Cotswold farm park was a huge hit for a kids  (4 to 8) and had lots to do on a rainy day.

Manor Farmhouse is absolutely gorgeous. You have obviously spent a lot of time and effort on making this a special place! Furniture, appliances, finish etc. Love the Aga, toilets, beds, everything. Perfect space for us! THANK YOU!

A long weekend to celebrate a 70th birthday with family. The house and location were  ideal . A beautifully appointed, cosy and welcoming house with a lovely setting and views. Perfect location for my big birthday. Very many thanks - we loved the balloons!

Annual gathering with our group of great friends, made all the better for the amazing comfort of this beautiful house! We all enjoyed our stay very much. We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful house for a friend's wedding.  We knew we were in for a treat as soon as we saw the home and the view (and the kind arrival goodies)we didn’t want to leave!! Thank you so much

Short but magical stay in this wonderful farmhouse. So well equipped, comfy and inviting, such a treat. We saw very little of the surrounding area during our brief day, but the towns and villages that we drove through were extremely pretty, can certainly recommend Broadway village. 

Had a fabulous weekend, the house is amazing and we enjoyed exploring and choosing bedrooms. Bathrooms well appointed and fittings gorgeous. House lovely and warm and kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend Manor Farm for any family get-together.

We have not long returned home from our stay at the Shepherds hut celebrating our wedding Anniversary. Ohh my goodness, what can I say??  I am lost for words with how amazing our stay was. My wife and I could not believe how well put together the Shephards hut was, EVERYTHING was perfect and we enjoyed every second of our stay, the bed was super comfortable, the shower, lighting, OMG the table was beautiful, even the homemade bread was just Lush , and don’t get me started with the Hot tub.. nothing short of phenomenal.

The saddest part of our two days was having to lock up and leave … 

We have had a wonderful stay with our English and Australian family. We were blessed with sunny warm weather with the exception of the last day. Beautifully equipped house!

What a beautiful house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable and ensured we had a blissful night's sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped – perfect for preparing family meals! The children enjoyed playing hide and seek in the nooks and crannies of the house. The children’s books and games were very much appreciated and kept the children entertained. The walk across the fields to The Star Inn was very refreshing and enjoyable. Thank you for the delicious hamper of goodies! We will certainly come back (we’re already planning our next family get-together here!) Thank you again!

We had a fantastic week baking in the serene surroundings, leisurely walks,  lively livestock and of course the beautiful house. Much obliged for a lovely holiday! All the best 

The perfect place for a (delayed by a year) celebration of a significant birthday and a ruby wedding anniversary, shared with children and grandchildren. The youngsters loved the home and garden, and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings listening to the birds' songs. The weather was much better than predicted by that well-known work of fiction a.k.a. BBC weather forecast. We had lovely walks – across the fields to The Star in Ashton, for a great meal (and playground), over Little Hill and round; from Elmley Castle up Bredon Hill with glorious lark song (as noted by Housman) and back stopping at the appropriately named Queen Elizabeth Inn for refreshments.  Another day, to Broadway and Broadway Tower. Great day out with all the family to Cotswold farm Park – boys pleased to have met Adam! On our last evening – thanks Liz for inviting us to the beacon lighting on Little Hill, it was good to feel part of the celebrations. Nothing lacking at the house, all top grade! A blessed week

What a lovely place to spend a few days with the family!! A perfect situation for us all to meet and relax… Although the 4 grandchildren kept us on our toes!! Accommodation is beautiful, everything one could want. We had a fabulous time.
Favourite things to do: Bike riding to the playground in Beckford with coffee from The Old Post Office – great cake! Walking across the fields to The Star Inn at Ashton under Hill. Evening drinks at the Beckford Inn. Playing in the beautiful landscaped garden. Family meals in the dining room. The children loved the toys and books. We loved the fresh flowers and welcome basket!
